What is a DA Form 7746
Sexual harassment is a serious offense and must be dealt with in a formal manner. Filing a DA Form 7746 is the first step in filing a formal complaint. In accordance with AR 600-20, Chapter 7, it is strongly recommended that all Subjects file their formal complaints within sixty days. However, a Subject may be subjected to adverse action even after the 60-day deadline. The AR 600-20, Chapter 7 also establishes timelines for investigations. Although these timelines are often ignored, they do not invalidate the results of the investigation.
