A DA Form 7249 is a military document that documents an individual’s service in the U.S. Army Reserve. It includes the date of the last physical examination as 16 August 1994, the physical profile as 11111, no physical limitations, the applicant’s signature, and the dates of drills from November 1994 to April 1995. Where Can I Find a DA Form 7249 ?
When a tax return is accepted, the IRS prepares a Public Inspection File containing the taxpayer’s redacted Form 7249 and sanitized AOIC Masterfile Screen transcript.
